On the second day of box office collection, Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor becomes the fastest film to reach the 100 crore mark, surpassing even Jawan and Pathaan.

 Day 2 box office receipts for Animal: Despite backlash, the Ranbir Kapoor film has found its audience and is raking in big bucks.



Within two days of its release, Ranbir Kapoor's Animal has collected more than Rs 100 crore at the box office, surpassing the first day's receipts of Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan. The movie made an estimated Rs 66 crore on Saturday, bringing its total domestic receipts to Rs 129.80 crore, based on early estimates from Sachnilk.

The movie surpassed Pathaan's first-day collection of Rs 54 crore at the box office on Friday, opening with an incredible Rs 63.8 crore. However, it was unable to surpass the Shah Rukh Khan film's second-day earnings of Rs. 70.50 crore.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala claims that Animal has made an astounding Rs 230 crore worldwide. "In 2 days, #Animal has grossed a huge ₹ 230 Crs+ at the WW Box office," he wrote on Twitter.
